I believe that healing is not just a therapeutic or relaxation modality, it is a spiritual practice that enables me to get in touch with my inner self and develop to the best of my abilities as a human being. It is a gift we all have, and it has helped me to enjoy inner peace, balance and natural wellbeing.
My spiritual journey started years ago through enganging in meditation practice and healing visualisations. I then trained in Reiki, SourceStar, Colour Therapy, holistic healing and crystals. Today I am a master -teacher of Reiki, member of the Reiki Federation, and master - teacher of SourceStar (previously known as Sekhem) and Vice Chair of the SourceStar Association and teacher of Isis Healing.
My path orientated me towards a number of healing practices which all complement each other. I discovered shamanism and trained extensively with westend teachers, as well as working with medicine men and women in Nepal and Peru. Shamanism and spiritual development is beyond nations and traditions, and I incoprorate teachings from Celtic, Native American, Peruvian, Toltec and Mayan as well as Western Shamanism in my work. Although I come from shamanic routes and my ancestors practiced the art in the Greek mountains, I have found that shamanism is inherent in all people and we all have the potential to develop the gift. Today I teach shamanic practices and hold shamanic circles and workshops as well as practising as a shamanic practitioner.
I also had a long standing interest in exploring how our mind can influence our physical reality and wellbeing. This brought me to clinical hypnosis training and I chose a two year intensive course with the London College of Clinical Hypnosis and University of West London, the only university post graduate course in the UK. I then received further training in using hypnosis for past life regression therapy, a powerful way of releasing emotional and energetic blockages in our present life .
It would be my pleasure to put my extensive experience to work for you.
Professionally, I graduated in Town Planning in Greece
in 1998 and successfully completed an Msc in Urban Planning and Environmental Studies in the University of Sorbonne, France. I love town
planning because it gives me a chance to interact with the way we see
the world through the environment and how we can organically work with
nature to enhance our lives. To this day, I work in this discipline in
the area or regeneration and project management and three pieces of my
work have won prestigious awards both in Scotland as well as UK wide.
In 2006 I was invited as an international speaker for the second
European assises of Landscape in Lille.
My hobbies include reading, writing poetry, spending time alone in nature or with selected friends and family, cooking, meditating and journeying both in alternative realities as well as on our beautiful Earth!
