Relaxation in the workplace
My practice is based on the belief that when we are relaxed about our life, we enter a state of inner peace, which enables us to operate from a place of stillness and release muscular and emotional tention. Sometimes our busy schedules allow little time for relaxation. I bring relaxation into the workplace through lunchtime and daily seminars and workshops.
I have received a Post Graduate Certificate on Clinical Hypnosis from Thames Valley University, now university of West London, and additional training in co-dependancy, weight loss and past life regression therapy. Together with my healing training as a therapist, I have a number of techniques for inducing relaxation in a group setting. All you need to provide is a room and chairs for participants and switch off the mobile phone for 45 minutes. During these sessions, I aim to induce a relaxed, light trance state to enable both the body and mind to release unnecessary stress and tention.
At the end of the session, most people experience positive feelings and feel refreshed and rejuvenated, full of energy and relaxed.
I also run relaxation workshops, a day when the only important thing is to allow yourself to relax.It is the ultimate pampering which leaves you with a sustained feeling well sensation.
